Since the sequence numbers are issued on a yearly basis, it would only make sense to make the time limit one year. If the car is sold prior to the one year anniversary from the issuance of the SB100 number, the sequence number should be voided. Additionally, any numbers not issued or voided out could be carried over into the next year. Just my opinion. John
