SPF's come standard with a rubber isolator between the bracket off the end of the side pipe and the underside of the car.

Even with isolators, my brackets broke at 12K miles. No big deal. Small scrap piece of metal and a little welding fixed it.

I've heard that newer cars have a better and beefier design.
