I'll give a quick answer...then move this to the off-topic area.

RegCure is not exactly one of the most accurate programs.
In fact, some authorities have categorized it as a "virus" or "PUP"

I would unload it and deal with your issues in another manner.

RegCure tends to cause things, then detect them, then warn you, then ask for money, then remove things.
