Your friend is to be applauded for her achievements. I am a single-handed sailor with over 5,000 miles alone, and nearly another 10,000 with crew. Sailing is a lot of feel in every aspect. I cannot imagine doing it without sight. Best wishes to her in every challenge she accepts. She is to be truly admired for her courage.........
