Thanks guys, I've got Marty Govett (Kenmer) on the case as an insurance claim, just thought this might throw up another option.

Not sure how the insurer would look at full body replacement but Martin's got someone on board that should be able to give very good technical advice in terms of how much or little is needed to fix the nose.

Anyway standard excess aside it's all on Shannons and what is eventually allowed for in the quote.

The only issue that may be critical is whether there will be glass movement down the track and after painting that becomes visible.
