Warning - If you have to turn your ignition off due to runaway engine - be
sure you don't have to make any quick turns - your steering will lock if you
have a setup using a steering ignition lock like some replicas use.
I knew a girl who turned the ignition off in her car to coast and save gas and
ran off the road into a ditch and totaled the beater because the steering wheel
locked. She wasn't even blond.
Didn't get hurt.
