Our engineer told me he is working on seventeen brand new complexes in Tarrent county alone. In his talks with other firms they have the same number or better either in the works or have already broken ground.

He's absolutely right, Steve, Ft. Worth is having a great little boom over there. They've set up the right infrastructure, have a great river district, great downtown. Dallas doesn't have the City government that can pull that off. For that, I'm proud to say I don't live in Dallas-Richardson, thank you.
Ft. Worth is a great town and I'd live there in a heartbeat if I wouldn't have an 1:15 hour commute.
