There is only one motor to run in a Quality Cobra...that is of course 427FE..with that said run an Aluminum block (Shelby Pond) . and have Keith Craft build the motor....I have had them all. for reliability knowledge power and honesty.....he is simply the best..take it from me - I have three KCP motors in my Kirkhams.....two over 700HP one at around 600.......and as a bonus, he offers the best pricing for like quality builds..
