Default pedal stop from a suspension bumper

I used a polyurethane " bump stop" on the foot box wall. (This one made by EnergySuspension). Use washers on both sides of the foot box to spread the load on the fiberglass face.

There is a hole about 1.5 inch deep on the top of the bump stop. Insert a bolt about 5/16? just big enought so it threads into the hole. Think I started with one about 4 inches long, you can always trim it if its too long.

After you figure out how far the pedal goes to get the clutch to release, mark the bolt and add some nuts/washers or whatever to space it out from the top of the poly bump stop.

You can add/remove shims to get just enough through.

Really need to keep the hydraulic throw-out from overextending.
