In WA you can not change a title once it has been issued by another state but if it is untitled a number of guys have gotten '65 titles in Tacoma and Gig Harbor. It is not supposed to be done but some will still do it. It will make your car much more marketable.

It is untitled, will have the MSO. I will sure give it a try, it also appears that if you can title it as +30 you can get a special plate that doesn't need to be renewed and doesn't have to be mounted on the front...I'm learning...
