I just had some new mounts welded into my car and figured I'd brush on some POR 15 quickly to keep them from rusting. I just brushed it on quickly and went inside for the night. I was astounded when I came out the next morning - it's absolutely mirror smooth, not a brushmark in site. It looks like a pro spray painted it. I may just sand everything down nice and smooth, tack it off and do a real careful brush job with the POR 15 top coat. It really is mirror smooth.
