That clip was on the noon news here today. They said that he went round and made a successful landing on the next attempt. If you watch the left wing, it appears to touch the runway as a gust of wind hit the aircraft just as it touches down.

I was invloved in a similar landing in a DC-9 at Laguardia several years ago but the pilot made it stick on the first attempt.
