I think you are going to have to go to court on this one, and you may have to put it off until you get your SB100. I hate to say it but some cops are jerks and think they are always right. You may have luck at the DMV but I dont think they will help you at the PD, you are gonna have to do everything through court now. I work an office with a bunch of retired cops, I dont think there is anyone from the Pasadena area but I will check and let you know via PM. I think you may be past the point of no return now though, it sounds like these boys dont want to be proven wrong now, and thats just plain wrong. There is a box on the ticket where it says not eleigible for dismissal (not fix it ticket) did the officer leave that or did he check it? Ryan
