I woud buy a Cobra either here in Canada or the USA if I thought I could register it in Canada, or at least bring it across the border and pay the GST if registered in Florida.
I looked in the DMV site and it states "No Kit Cars"
Also E Mailed a builder in Niagara Falls that I found in Cobra Country, but no reply.

I too am looking for a cobra and im the same boat as you maybe we can work together in finding out if it is possible to bring one in legit or not
people are doing it, but how and if its legal im not sure.
