i dont think its a huge issue. Not many have complained that Im aware of of overly hot feet. I have a layer of cork sandwhiched between the glass and aluminium panels in the engine bay for insulation - so Im pretty confident that should keep it comfortable enough. I may end up ducting cold air fron the front brake ducts and feed into the footboxes down the track if need be.

The cast manifolds will be going pretty soon BTW - so it might be deceptive just how close they are - that said there isnt a lot of room between the footboxes and wheel wells for the pipes to exit.

5 days till the body goes back on for the last time..
