I called and it is in Ohio, guy bought it to flip, kinda sounds what I do but he has one huge advantage he has a dealers licence so he does not have to pay taxes. He said it is in exceptioanl condition and was knowledgeable and honest about the car.
If this were a car you really wanted you could still get a good deal and yes he would make a little bit but early bird gets the worm.
