Thanks for sharing Ron. Single women and the elderly are prime targets, some of the girls I know get it from auto mechanics and various home repair/maintenance vulchers. If they ask I tell them approximate costs for such repairs and to get at least three estimates. The elderly should never agree to any repair or maintenance until they talk to family members or their bank. I mentioned to my brother the SS administration should insert a note with their check or mail them these instructions.
