Which poses the question... Why don't states drop the highway speed limits back down? I remember whne I-90 through PA was 55mph. Most of it is now 65. Why not send it back? Hell, most of the highways I travel in Oklahoma are 70-75! If we're in such a crisis and trying to reduce our dependance and consumption... why not?
