there's a high school yearbook for sale on ebay for the class of
1939 ,Woodrow Wilson High in Dallas
shows Shelby
They only show the yearbook picture
so I am curious if it lists his sports and clubs he was in (maybe 4H for raising animals?)
The picture doesn't show how thin Shelby was. To join the military he had to do the bananas and milk thing so he could squeek by the minimum weight
