Default Correct tire sizes
I am helping a person with getting 15" tires for a 65 Cobra. Front are 7.5" and rear are 9.5" The goal is to get as sticky tire as possible. The size that I have come up with for the rear is 245/60R15 and 295/50R15. Any suggestions on what tire to use. I want something with better handling than the BFG TA's but don't really want to spend the money for the Avon CRZZ's.
I have considered going to the Mickey Thompson Sportsman in an HR performance. Front 26x8 or 26x10-15 Rear 26x12-15
Any input or recommendations are greatly appreciated?
