Cool guess I need to read the date of the post

Colleen,

I am not meaning to bash / flame… if it is coming across that way I apologize.

What I am suggesting is we can maintain the intimate nature of the Austin event and encourage some vendor participation. Just like I am suggesting a requirements document created for the hotel, we can do the same for the vendors. The vendor “rules of engagement” maybe a good idea regardless if we actually invite any more in 2009. This would avoid the problem we had a few years ago with the BDR truck. These rules would establish where they setup and what they can provide to the participants.

And I have to admit something… I completely missed you posted before the meeting in Austin… so this was more of a warning to vendors to play nice than a complaint. Woops… guess I need to actually look at the post date
