For all of you interested, I got an e-mail response from the AHA regarding the Club Sandwich Event in Laughlin NV Oct 12-14. Here is the response.

Sorry, no flyer, can't find mine. It is being held at River Palms Resort. We usually come in late afternoon on Friday, judging is Saturday and awards brunch on Sunday. We just make hotel reservation "ask for "Club Sandwich" if rooms are available. We register our cars when we get there, booth is set up. Cars are parked out front where they have valet parking. It is only $7-10 to register your vehicle, brunch is another fee. Pay there. The phone # to hotel is.800-835-7903. Arizona Kit car club (AKCC, is in charge of Laughlin this year, Judy Sommers. Sorry I can't find her phone number. Just make room reservation, prior, and register car there.
