While I get what you are saying and to a point I agree, but the problem with that is when you make it acceptable to break some laws, because they are not as bad as others, then that becomes the norm, now the next level is tested and when it becomes acceptable, it just keeps going downhill. The right way is to get the law changed, as long and hard as that road is.

As far as this crap goes, I think it is complete BS to be able to target a group that is gathering and label it as street racing. If anyone is racing, then fine nail them to the wall, but a gathering in a parking lot is not racing.
