I dont understand this comment or what it has to do with the question. I guess either I did not word the question correctly or maybe I just do not understand your answer.

What I was trying to ask is can the police stop and ticket us for modified exhaust or for having a "non stock, racing motor" in our cars? Considering our cars are hand built and not off of a production floor.

Any one else want to chime in on this?
