Ed - It's also my understanding that once a car that had SB100 status is registered out of state, the SB 100 is no longer valid. Someone is selling a car on Cobra Country that had SB100 and was later registered in Oregon, and is being advertised as "SB100." If someone from CA buys the car, they better find out what the rule is.
