I'm running a 482 Shelby with the same covers. I use K&Ns...with the rubber bottoms, but my builder added threaded holes in my valve covers, so they hold/seal with no problem...even at high rpms.

I also have the back of the manifold breather hole hooked up to a traditional oil separator tank (ie., a breather in itself).
