Joe, I suggest driving around your area and see who the fence companies are who have done work out there. Better to hire somone who works that area. Most of these companies hang their tag on their work as advertising.

Think about a concrete footing, maybe 6-8 in deep and 4 in wide, depending on your soil and your dog. Have the galvanized poles set in the ground first, then pour the footing around them. They should run at least one rebar in the footing. Don't worry about covering it, just have them pour it level with the grade.
