I have found Club Cobra to be well balanced in presenting both sides of, well, just about ANY argument, while it REMAINS focused on the cars in general. Now with any large group of people, here or anywhere, you have different points of view.

I've found most "Cobra" owners (427 Cobra replicas and the continuation series 427 Shelby Cobras in particular) certainly qualify for "Type A" personality. As such their a very opinionated bunch and aren't afraid to say it. It leads to some interesting, controversial and spirtited dialog, often. But when the smoke clears, the CARS remain. It is that passion that is the glue that enables the moderators to actually 'herd cats'.

Unlike many other 'car clubs' you will find here that a large majority of the owners are serious about 'driving' their car, and driving it HARD. The level of mechanical expertise to be found here within Club Cobra is truly amazing, unlike any other web site I have ever found. Here be some serious 'gear heads'.
