wow.... 6 months out with a guarantee of numbers is a bit intense!

I cannot attend this year, but if i was.... I guess I'd stay where the majority of folks are staying. Is this the 'host hotel'... like where you/Dean/James are staying???

I'm not sure you're going to get a big response yet, with it still a while away.
