John, looks good to me, I can't really tell how close it is to other things that might be in conflict.

I feel its most important to locate the master switch where you can easily close it from the drivers seated position, along with having the fire extingusher located so you can also reach it in the same manner. If your in some sort of emergency situation, easy access is critical.
