1. Cold winters (tops the list).
2. Hot summers, 112 is hot, period, agreed, even Redding makes me think twice!
3. I sweat like a pig, can't handle humidity, maybe 112 is a dry heat?

4. Seasons? What are those, I've forgotten.
5. Cost of living, OK now were getting somewhere, maybe 5 goes to the top of the 'good list'.
6. Cultural amenties, very important, I think even more so in a retirement plan. Social impact is a HUGE factor on overall happiness levels. A good local Cobra club should be to handle that.
