You are very knowledgeable and proficient at Cobras, and I bet you could probably fix many of the issues yourself. I of course don't know this as fact, and I don't know the issues of the car, but you seem to know what you're doing.

Might be worth a look. And..... at a reasonable price you could take a couple of years to get it right, nickel by nickel.
