That guy was "still" hunting. He puts on scent guard and sits along a known path for the game he is hunting.
I have heard about guys who have kissed a white tail deer because they walked right up to them and sniffed their face.
Good thing this guy got someone to video the event, nobody would believe him if he didn't have it.
