Does anyone have a list of which Jag differentials will fit the original style chassis?
I've heard that the newer ones won't work and I'm pretty sure the 77 to 87 X cars will work, but will the earlier 66 and up Etype jag rears work? How about the later X type Jag diff's?
Since I haven't hit the lottery yet, I won't be going with the Kirkham or Shelby units, so I'm trying to accumulate parts for next winter's project- assuming I finish the car before that time and have a chance to drive it as I have it designed now......
I'll also need to figure out the uprights (Nick), and the outboard brakes, halfshafts, etc.... but that may be a thread for another day.
