The new Falcon XR6 Turbo, 270kws, does a 0-100km time of 5.1 sec on a full tank of gas!
OMG!!!! Not bad for 4ltrs and a turbo and $50k. The FPV F6 is tipped to run high 4s all day long.
But before you ask, the new XR8, 290kw is lucky to run a flat six. Ford have powerful engines, they're just not V8s
But the Triton 5.4s are no more and its replacement is 5.8 and 6.2 DOHC V8's due to revised bore centres, if the rumers are true.
I'm just glad I managed to stuff a 347ci Ford Windsor into my Cobra before the rules change
