I am hopeful to talk to cobra owner in Mo. I am double checking about their registration situation. I have been told it will be titled as a Replica and not subject to present year emissions standards. The VIN will be given after Hwy Patrol inspects the car. . .

I am having ERA build my 289FIA and I would like it to be as original as I can, hence no emission stuff.
