Been there, done that, 'got the plates. I'd be happy to answer your questions. I have a "65" title, and yes, they're exempt from all of the emissions stuff.

In Missouri, they've also changed the laws regarding "historic plates", and they way they're enforced -- we should talk about that, too.

Where are you located in the state?
