In some ways, I really am not surprised. I have met some around here that are dumber than a box of hammers. Our local police SGT told us a story that had me laughing. He pulled a guy over one night because his headlight was out. He was bored and was going to let the go with a warning to get it fixed. He walked up and asked, "Do you know why I pulled you over?" The guy responded, "Yea, because I have a trunk full of Coke." Sure enough, he had a bunch of Cocaine in the trunk.
