yes, it does amaze me that the R&D of "metal" bat manufacturing has developed so much in the last since the 70's.

the prosecutions claim that metal bats hit the ball faster, doesn't make sense to me.
Should the 'hitter' be entitled to compensation if the victim wins a judgment? I am sure that the kids needs psychological counseling knowing he was responsible for such a tragic..... ACCIDENT!
