Yea, I know what you mean. The new 2 year law in TX helps that a lot. The guy who live a block over has to move since they are building a school just a few blocks away. The house is in his wife's name because of the the SO status, he has crap for credit. Since the house is not in his name at all, he can be forced to move. If his name was on the deed, he could stay, but they only have her down to save money. I know they are fighting it, and have a temporary stay, but the house is still up for sale, I don't think that they believe they will win, but are just trying to buy time to sell the house.
