I agree with Warren. That Microsoft tool rocks. Once you download the tool it is really really simple to use. All you do is find the picture using "my computer" or explorer. Right click on the photo and you'll now have an option that says "resize pictures." Click on that and a box will pop up asking if you want to resize it to small, medium, or large. Pick which one you want and click ok. A new version of the photo is created right along side the old version with the exact same name except small, medium or large is added to the file name. I use it all the time whenever I want to email someone some photos and I don't want to wait forever for the original photos to upload. Give it a try. You'll love it.
