i had a transit van which i wired up an au v8 and idiot mechanic hooked a vac purge line to the tank direct with no solenoid and no canister

now the transits have a plastic tank so within 2 mnutes of running the vacuum in the enigne sucked the fuel tank together and would overheat the pump so hot u coul dnot touch it

was prob lucky it didnt go boooooooooooooommmmmmm
