it is pin 67 that drives the evap solenoid and 71 (red) if it is working properly it will tick away at idle, hook solenoid between engine vacum and canister hook the upper most outlet the one near the filler cap it is a black little canister if you have the vn tank to the carbon canister the other end will vent into the air cleaner
