I have Windows XP Home, I just right click the picture and and pick resize picture. I resize it to the smallest. I then put into my photo gallery. When you click on the picture in the photo gallery it will come up large on the screen. If you want to post it to a thread then right click on the large picture in the photo gallery, pick properties and copy the complete URL. Then when you start or reply to a thread you can insert it thru the "insert image" icon just above where you are typing.

When I do this I get the "HTTP" info 2 times. I just delete one of them. I guess you could just not copy the (HTTP) part when you are coping the file name.
