Another thing....the turn signals are sensitive to the type of flasher used. The CCX instructions recommend an Ideal #550 flasher. Since your turn signals work until the headlights are on, I would suspect the flasher. I vaguely remember a thread about this in Clubcobra in the past. you might want to search.
