Rob, you are spot on! So many annoying things get in the way, like divorce. Having kids, selling and buying houses, landscaping houses, renovating houses, tax bills also add to the waiting time!! Sometimes it is so tempting to not pay the mortgage and drain the company cheque account!! i think it would be a bit squeezy for 6 of us to live in the Cobra if the house got repossessed though.
