Merv, just get the injectors cleaned and tested.

Because you never know how long the engine has been sitting it's also a good idea to replace the water pump, belts and prime the engine before starting. You can just do this by cranking engine with ignition disabled. Obviously you are going to be changing the fluids & filters as well.

And as sideshow said, inspect engine closely for physical damage.
