I running a 68 427 s/o with about the same reading temp. wise as you. I have double fans in the front but in 90 degree plus temperature and stopped I see the 200 mark and beyond as well. I am looking at a larger core radiator or better primary electric fan which pushes more cfm the the one in the car. I am also looking in to a shroud for the primary fan that may cover more area and better direct the cooling.
