Congrats,

Any good custom auto upholsterer should do. Get a bunch of books and use the pics to set the snap locations.
I recommend a cut of about six inches in from each side going behind behind the seats.
This allows for a better stuffing of the top behind the seats when not in use. Use velcro or a couple of snaps to close it when being used.
If your in LA I can recommend the guy that did mine.
