Mr. Park faxed me an application for the COCOA event at Willow on Oct 27-28. I thought it might be helpful to offer the fax doc online for easy distribution if anyone needs it. I use efax so the file is cocoa.exe and this contains a mini viewer that allows viewing and printing. Total file size is 330k.

Secret Tip: I heard that some folks also head up there for Friday and participate in the Willow friday "Test N Tune". This is $75 per car and $75 per driver. There is also a $75 per yearly membership fee for the friday tunes. You can read more about it here. Might be a good day to get the last minute bugs out and get a feel for the track.
